This will include a discussion of the types of consultants a district may considering hiring for such an effort, types bond elections available, information which needs to be generated such as bond project lists, and timing. As time permits we are also prepared to discuss campaign legalities, recent legal developments in the courts and legislature affecting general obligation school bonds, and other financing mechanisms available to school districts such as parcel taxes, Mello-Roos community facility district bonds, and certificates of participation.
