Reaching Consensus on Six Key Educational Areas of Leadership:  An Engaging Process between Superintendents, Thought Leaders and ACSA



This year’s symposium is building on the great work that has taken place over the past two years that has produced an engaging and purposeful environment at the symposium.  We will continue to challenge the superintendents to be present and participate in critical meetings that provide opportunity for collaboration and consensus among our superintendents (S).   

Objective:

We are asking attending superintendents to participate by giving input and honest feedback in discussions. 

For this event, ACSA is partnering with you as a selected Thought Leader (TL) to help us define and provide an environment in which

●       To learn from the S where they are in each of the six areas of leadership

●       Gain an understanding of how ACSA might best assist the S in their efforts to be the best leader in each of the six areas of leadership.
